This privacy policy specifies the personal information and usage data we may collect from you, the purposes for which we collect it and how we use it.
By installing any of the applications created by IDÛ Interactive Inc. you agree to this privacy policy.
INFORMATION COLLECTION
Currently, no personal information is collected by our applications and servers from our mobile applications. Usage data (texts viewed, interactions with the app, points of interest visited, etc.) is collected and transmitted anonymously in order to understand how our experiences are used by their users, so that we can improve them by making them more informative and fun. This data may also be aggregated for use in academic publications and to provide reports to the creators of the proposed content (scientific institutions, heritage institutions, museums, etc.).
In summary, the data collected anonymously is used exclusively to understand and improve the experiences offered by our technologies and is never passed on to other economic and marketing actors.
GEOLOCATION
Geolocation is used in our applications to guide you on your visits and discovery of different points of interest. Geolocation data may be transmitted anonymously in order to better understand how our interactive experiences are used by their users.
CAMERA
The camera of your cell phone can be activated for augmented reality experiences. However, no information from this camera is transmitted to our servers.
STORAGE SPACE
Access to your device’s storage space is required to store various multimedia documents presented during the experience offered by our applications.
INFORMATION ABOUT PLATFORM PERMISSIONS
Mobile platforms (such as iOS, Android, etc.) have identified certain types of sensors (camera, GPS, etc.) on your device or account as not being able to be used without your explicit consent. How you provide this consent differs from one mobile platform to another. For example, the iOS platform will notify you the first time a mobile application needs such sensors and allow you to consent (or not) to that access request. In Android, you will be informed of any permissions required by the mobile app prior to your first use of the app, with your use of the app constituting your consent.
